Loryn Wang is a graduate student in the Master of Financial Mathematics program at NC State University, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics. She is proficient in Python, SQL, Stata, and statistical modeling techniques, with a strong foundation in finance, statistics, econometrics, and quantitative analysis. Loryn has gained professional experience through internships in market risk management and investment research, including portfolio risk analysis and the application of machine learning and data analysis methods for corporate quality evaluation. She is now focused on further developing advanced quantitative skills and pursuing a career in financial risk management, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management.
