Created as a reservoir for the city in the early 1900s, Lake Raleigh is a sprawling oasis less than three miles from Downtown Raleigh. The 75-acre lake and its trails are open from dawn until dusk, and there are three areas of public access. Folks can hike, bike and kayak on the lake. It’s virtually surrounded by walking trails and greenway. Photo by Marc Hall

About Full Time Enrollment

*For students eager to complete the masters in financial mathematics in three academic semesters, enrolling in 12 to 15 credit hours is an option. However, a minimum of 9 credit hours is all that is required to meet full time enrollment, while domestic students have the option to enroll part time.

**Students may have the option to enroll in less than 9 hours in their final semester. International students who qualify to reduce their academic load their final semester can still maintain full time enrollment status.
