Bio

Aleksey Urmanov graduated from the integrated business and engineering program at Purdue University, with a minor in mathematics and nuclear engineering. He focused his studies on financial engineering; practicing derivatives valuation, machine learning on financial data, and mathematical modeling to develop a critical understanding of how financial markets work. Aleksey also enjoys developing trading systems by leveraging his programming experience to interact with brokerage API’s. Upon graduation from NCSU, he hopes pursue a career within the fields of risk management, quantitative development and financial modeling.
